This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.
We collect information you choose to give us directly. We do not use tracking scripts or cookies to collect information about you (see section 4).
Reservation requests — name, email, phone number, pickup and return dates, vehicle preference, insurance selection, pickup location, flight number and accommodation (both optional), and any notes you add.
OCC Black Card applications — full name, email, phone number, country of residence, how often you visit Aruba, and, if provided, who referred you and any note about your relationship with Atlantic.
AI concierge chat — messages you type into the chat widget.
Our reservation form does not submit to a server or database. When you click “Send Reservation Request,” your browser opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message addressed to us, which you then send yourself from your own WhatsApp account. We only receive it once you do.
Similarly, the OCC Black Card application form opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to us, which you then send yourself.
This website does not set cookies and does not use localStorage or similar browser storage. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracking tool. Because no non-essential cookies are set, this site does not display a cookie consent banner.
The chat widget on this site is powered by Anthropic’s Claude AI. When you send a message, it is transmitted to a server function we operate, which forwards it to Anthropic’s API to generate a reply. Our AI provider’s API key is stored securely on our server and is never exposed to your browser. Do not include sensitive personal information (such as passport or credit card numbers) in the chat — use WhatsApp, email, or the reservation form for that.
Each of these services has its own privacy practices, which apply once you interact with them directly.
We use the information you send us to respond to your reservation request, confirm bookings, prepare your rental agreement, contact you before arrival to coordinate delivery, and, for OCC Black Card applicants, to review membership applications. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep reservation and application information for as long as needed to fulfil your request and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
Our services are directed at adults — the minimum age to rent a vehicle is 23. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
